Book a Mutual Interview

A free 30-minute call. We talk. You ask me anything. I ask you the questions that matter. If it's a fit, we keep going. If it's not, you still leave with clarity.

Baseline + Intake

Initial and Essential Skills assessments. Nutrition calculator. Wellness vision. We map where you are now and where you're going — in writing.

First Coaching Cycle

Kickoff call. Training program loaded. One specific Skill → Practice → Daily Action, written down, confidence-checked. Your first win within 14 days. That's the pattern — repeated every two weeks for as long as you stay.

The coach

I've been where you are.

I'm Nick. I coach men 30–50 through nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and behavior change. My clients aren't trying to be the fittest guys in the room — they're trying to stop being the guy who quit on himself again.

I hold a Precision Nutrition Level 2 certification. I've been coaching for over a decade. And I practice what I coach — not perfectly, but consistently. That's the whole point.
