Every week is mapped to one layer of the Pyramid. We start at the base. Most men spend the entire twelve weeks at the base — not because they don't progress, but because the base is where the work lives.

The boundaries

What this cohort is, and isn't.

  • ·Group, not 1-on-1. Cohort calls are group teaching plus live hot-seat coaching. No individualized programs or meal plans at this tier.
  • ·8 to 18 members. Below 8, the group loses momentum. Above 18, individual attention gets thin.
  • ·Floor of 8. If we don't fill to 8, the cohort delays rather than running thin. You'd get a full refund and a heads-up on the next launch window.
  • ·Coach hours: M–F. 15–30 minutes a day in community. No weekends. Community questions answered within 48 hours.
  • ·Fixed twelve-week duration. No mid-cohort cancellation after Day 14. You can sit out future cohorts.
  • ·Confidentiality. What's shared in the cohort stays in the cohort.

FAQ

Honest answers.

Why is the Founding rate $691 instead of the standard $891?

Cohort #1 hasn't run yet. Founding Members are taking the bet on something that hasn't been proven — so they get a discount and a bonus stack that won't repeat. The next cohort returns to standard pricing.

What if eight men don't sign up?

Eight is the floor. Below that, the group dynamic doesn't work — so the cohort delays rather than running thin. If you've paid and we don't launch, you get a full refund.

What if I miss a live call?

Calls are recorded and posted in the community. Missing one is normal — life happens. Missing three or more without notice triggers a warm check-in from me. Not a penalty — just making sure you're alright.

Can I upgrade to 1-on-1 mid-cohort?

Yes. Founding Members also get $100 off the first month of 1-on-1 if you upgrade within 60 days of graduation. Mid-cohort upgrades are case by case.

What's the satisfaction guarantee?

14 days. If the cohort isn't a fit by Day 14, full refund, no awkwardness. After Day 14 you're committed for the twelve weeks.

When does Cohort #1 actually start?

September 2026. Onboarding (welcome email, pre-work, Pyramid Self-Audit, Wellness Vision draft) starts seven days before kickoff. Exact dates confirmed when you apply.
