Positioning
Some men want the full 1-on-1 experience and have the bandwidth and the budget. Some men want to try the method solo first. The Cohort is for the man in between — ready to commit twelve weeks to real change, not yet ready for the full 1-on-1 investment, but past the point where another solo app is going to do it.
The 12 weeks
Every week is mapped to one layer of the Pyramid. We start at the base. Most men spend the entire twelve weeks at the base — not because they don't progress, but because the base is where the work lives.
Weeks 1–2
Week 1
You write a one-paragraph, present-tense statement of the man you are becoming — and read it out loud, daily.
Week 2
You score yourself honestly across the Bro Pyramid and tie the gap back to your Vision.
Weeks 3–6
Week 3
You see what you actually eat, within ±20%, without changing a thing.
Week 4
You hit a daily protein number. One metric. No full macros. Forgiving.
Week 5
One strength session a week. Thirty minutes of walking a day. The Tier 1 floor, held.
Week 6
A non-negotiable bedtime, defended like an appointment.
Weeks 7–10
Week 7
The realization most guys take a year to arrive at: making time and consistency is the whole game. The other three Non-Negotiables follow.
Week 8
You push the movement floor up — not by wanting it more, but by making time more deliberately.
Week 9
You habit-stack one or two small actions onto your bedtime trigger. The wind-down rides on a behavior you already have.
Week 10
Every Sunday, you look at the week and pre-plan when each practice happens. Real life stops blowing up the system.
Weeks 11–12
Week 11
You design your one-page personal system — your check-in, your metrics, your standing commitments. Your version, in your words.
Week 12
A 90-minute closing call. Wins, optional testimonials, and what comes next: alumni community, loyalty rate for the next cohort, or an upgrade window to 1-on-1.

Founding Members carry permanent advantages over standard members in cohorts #2 and beyond — by design. The cohort runs once before these come off the table.
Pricing
Cohort #1 runs once. When it fills, the Founding rate retires and Cohort #2 (January 2027) returns to standard pricing — $891 or $801 pay-in-full.

The boundaries
FAQ
Cohort #1 hasn't run yet. Founding Members are taking the bet on something that hasn't been proven — so they get a discount and a bonus stack that won't repeat. The next cohort returns to standard pricing.
Eight is the floor. Below that, the group dynamic doesn't work — so the cohort delays rather than running thin. If you've paid and we don't launch, you get a full refund.
Calls are recorded and posted in the community. Missing one is normal — life happens. Missing three or more without notice triggers a warm check-in from me. Not a penalty — just making sure you're alright.
Yes. Founding Members also get $100 off the first month of 1-on-1 if you upgrade within 60 days of graduation. Mid-cohort upgrades are case by case.
14 days. If the cohort isn't a fit by Day 14, full refund, no awkwardness. After Day 14 you're committed for the twelve weeks.
September 2026. Onboarding (welcome email, pre-work, Pyramid Self-Audit, Wellness Vision draft) starts seven days before kickoff. Exact dates confirmed when you apply.
